As an Iranian whose team has to play against Bosnia tomorrow, I feel bad about your team being eliminated so early while you didn’t deserve it. Nigeria won just because of the referee. Of course, as an Iranian, I was hoping from the beginning to see my team go to the next stage & not Bosnia or Nigeria (just as you were hoping the same for your team); but that should happen in a fair game & not because of FIFA’s corruption & ref’s mistakes. Amidst the avalanche of goals and delightfully absurd matches has been some pretty terrible officiating at the 2014 World Cup and the Group F match between Nigeria and Bosnia-Herzegovina suffered for it. About 20 minutes into the match, a goal from Bosnia striker Edin Dzeko (wearing white in the image below) was disallowed for offside, but replays showed that the goal should have been allowed to stand.
What a shame! Kicked out Bosnia out of WC not a fair place! Disappointing! We deserve a chance!

Peter O’Leary is reason why Bosnia is going home. It is obvious that some kind of dirty business is happening in FIFA. Technology is used in every other sport as a deciding tool, I am not sure why soccer is not on board. Bigger issue here is that Bosnian team did not get a chance to participate in a fair soccer competition. FIFA should investigate and prosecute corrupt members and Bosnian team should find an attny. Milorad Mazic needs to be thrown out of FIFA. He took ball possession from Dejagah by stand in front of the counter attack, and to make things worse DIDN’T CALL THE PENALTY. The top media agencies and even FIFA has agreed his decision was flawed.
All of the refs are bad they are biased and allow the players to potentially seriously injure each other and destroy their ability to continue to play and earn a living. Also these are some of the most talented and skilled athletes in the world why cheapen themselves and the game by cheating. They know the rules as well as the refs why act infantile and not like the pros they are. Leave the flopping and dirty tricks to pro wrestling. If acting is so important change professions. Use technology and the replay the acts after the game to access penalties and fines. Bring back honesty and honor to the beautiful game not shame to a fake pseudo game. Let teams win on their skill and ability to play the game not the ref! Let the refs keep the players safe and enforce the rules. Add more line refs as well as reviews of the recorded game for the simulations and infractions access fines high enough to make it felt by the highly paid players.
